4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Clients are required to pay service fees as per the agreed contract terms.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations.

5. Candidate Placement

We ensure that all candidates provided meet the job requirements as per the client’s specifications. Hayat Recruitment Firm is not liable for the performance, misconduct, or disputes arising from a candidate's employment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared information, including candidate resumes, client business details, and proprietary processes, as per Indian contract law regulations.

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

Our services strictly adhere to Indian labor laws, including but not limited to:

• Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
• The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
• The Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959

8. Limitation of Liability

Hayat Recruitment Firm is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage arising from the misuse of candidate profiles or client information.
• Disputes between the employer and employee after placement.
• Any claims related to services rendered by third-party vendors associated with our firm.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients and users will be notified of changes through email or updates on our website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your Region/State], India.
